Spreading the Disease of Worry 5/18
For most people worry is just part of life. For others it consumes them. Usually it starts
with a thought of something unpleasant or a feeling of something bad that could
happen. In the scheme of things, it was originally designed as a way for the Universe to
get your attention. It was a REMINDER sign placed in the middle of your head or a
DANGER sign on the roadside of your journey. So it’s really just trying to give you
“heads up” and “pay attention” to some changes that might be coming in your life. It is
not something to be allowed to develop into fear and panic trying to avoid a certain
outcome.
When you worry you are actually sending dark, heavy energy to that situation you are
wanting to avoid or the person you are worried about. It’s filled with fear and so when
you send it to someone they feel fear even if they were doing pretty good not knowing
where it came from. You have been gifted with creating through your thoughts, words
and actions. Since the Universe doesn’t know the difference between “good” and “bad”,
it thinks what you think about and say are what you want and so it sets about making
that happen. That’s probably not what you want.
Releasing Anger 10/18
What do you do when you find yourself fully enveloped in anger? Do you react
immediately to whoever is around you? Do you stuff it inside afraid to let it out because
you wouldn’t be a “good” person? However you handle it there are ways to try and
maintain some control over how you choose to react. First, see it differently whatever
the catalyst looks like.
1-Is it personal? 99% of the time it isn’t personally being directed at you even if it feels
that way. It’s just the way someone has chosen to express and release their own
emotions in a very negative way. So the questions to look at are, “Why are you over-
reacting to it?” “What has touched your buttons that needs to be addressed?”
2-When people don’t do what you want or expect, often it goes to hurt and then anger.
Sometimes this is due to miscommunication. In this time of being bombarded with
communications coming from all directions it’s very hard to stop and actually pay
attention to what’s being said. Most people read texts and e-mails quickly missing parts
of them. Maybe they only hear one-third of what’s being said around them or to them.
Either way it’s a clear signal to try and find the truth or step back from those people who
constantly hurt you and make you angry.
3-Life Isn’t Fair. Yet you are the one who agreed to be here and you have things you
wanted to accomplish. Why did you agree to come and what isn’t working the way you
wanted it to?
How Do You Know the Truth? 2/13
How do you know if the information someone is giving you is true? It can be very
confusing especially when some parts of the information feels true while other parts
don’t. How do you determine that for sure? Sometimes what’s shared from those
people in our lives doesn’t feel right to us even when we want to trust them. Many of
our sources for information use this as they take one small piece of “true information”
and add their own part to it.
Confusion shows up because there actually often is a little truth in most things being
said. That doesn’t mean it’s YOUR TRUTH. Your job is to figure out what parts of that
information feel “right” to you and which ones don’t. NO ONE PERSON KNOWS IT ALL
OR HAS ALL THE ANSWERS. So question who is saying this and why. Question why
something feels aligned with you at that moment. Questions get you to that place of
discovery. Once you find Your Truth you will know when it’s time to share it with others
and when not to.

Doubting Yourself 12/19
Each of you are feeling the intensity of the energies around you. That’s indicative of
Earth’s shifting as she tries to move into higher frequencies. She has waited long
enough for as many humans as possible to rise into higher ways of thinking and being.
You might be feeling your own anger and frustration along with feeling tired all time.
You might feel fearful as your way of life is being threatened since chaos seems to reign
all around you. What can do you to learn to trust yourself in all of this?
1-Develop thicker skin-don’t take everything so personally.
2-Be more aware of your words as they are very powerful and constantly creating
something. Is it what you really want that you are creating?
3-Doubting yourself is a major obstacle that you’ve been trained to do. That’s
because you’ve been convinced that these people who are “experts” know more than
you do and they are absolutely correct in their opinions or even facts. At the same time
you hear a voice in your head or experience a feeling that comes from your “gut”. That
is your intuition talking which ALWAYS has the truth for you. Even if someone has had
a similar experience how they perceive it won’t necessarily look the same. So listen to
your own inner voice and tell the doubt to leave.
